We had a lovely stay at Arcade Hotel & Hostel in a clean and well-maintained property. the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication easy. the breakfast room was nicely decorated and the breakfast itself was delicious. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having a private shower and basin in the room.

Everything was exactly what we needed and wanted! 😊

Best aspects of my Christmas stay were the affordable prices and the modern rooms. the rooms were clean and well-designed, making me feel like I was staying in a fancy hotel. the hotel was conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to find and providing a short route for travel. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff who were always ready to assist.

The lack of functioning WiFi. Although we could have asked for help at the reception, it didn't matter much to us as we used our mobile connection for the few things we needed.

We had the fastest check-in of our lives at Arcade Hotel & Hostel. Upon entering our last name on the terminal, we immediately received our room key. the room was small, but the bed was comfortable and we had a private shower right in the room. Getting to the hostel was easy, even at night, thanks to its convenient location near public transportation. Plus, the prices were very reasonable.

Friendly staff, good connections to center and airport, comfortable beds, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, easy self check-in, bus stop 3 minutes away. Would recommend for short stays, great value for money.

the room was small, but clean, and I appreciated having a toilet and shower inside. the location on the Main Street was convenient, but the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet. the staff were friendly and the overall vibe was good. the rooms were nice and the breakfast was satisfying. Considering the price, it was a great choice, especially since we were visiting a friend who lived nearby.

Great location near S-Bahn and only 25 minutes to the city center, harbor, and train station. Clean rooms with friendly staff. - Very good breakfast, suitable even for children. - the hotel is situated in a courtyard, so the noise from the main street is not a big problem.

Some rooms have twin beds pushed together, which can be uncomfortable. No tea or coffee in the rooms, though not essential.
