The value for money at Waterland was incredible, with the private pool villa, beautifully decorated rooms, and spacious bathrooms. The location next to the river and surrounded by coconut and banana trees was stunning. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem tucked away off the main road and next to the river and canal. My room was spacious and I loved having a plunge pool right next to the river. The modern rooms and bathrooms with state of the art facilities were impressive. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rainfall shower in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. The toiletries, especially the tea shampoo, were a unique and pleasant addition.

The service from all the staff members was excellent, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although I didn't have time to use it, the spa area on a barge on the river sounded like a delightful experience.

The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had facilities such as a private pool and a barbeque area on a barge.

One downside was the noise from neighboring villas, which occasionally disrupted the tranquility of the surroundings.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. The food was delicious, especially the lunch and breakfast options. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient for our weekend getaway.

The dinner options were not as flavorful as the other meals, particularly for vegetarians. the duration of the boat tour was shorter than advertised, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a great time during our romantic getaway. The villa we stayed in was stunning with a beautiful view, modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was freshly made and delicious. We were pleased with the location of the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to easily access shops and restaurants with a short ride.

Construction noise and workers walking around adjacent villas were disrupting at times. The restaurant prices were high compared to local standards, which made us avoid dining there.

Beautiful villas, well-maintained & comfortable. Amazing surroundings, helpful staff. Waited until 9pm for airport, staff let us use villa for a quick shower. Highly recommended.

The luxury experience at this hotel was above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professional and prompt service. The Spa centre offered a range of treatments including full-body massages and head massages which allowed me to unwind completely. The sun terrace and garden area provided an amazing view of nature, with sun loungers to relax on. I was stunned by the back massage, which was incredible and provided a sense of relief. The restaurant was one of the highlights of my stay, offering special diet menus and outdoor dining areas. The food was delicious and presented beautifully, with a picnic area that made me feel like I was having a meal in paradise.

The minor issue was that there was a lack of BBQ facilities. The only BBQ option available was on the barge, which was a bit too crowded.

Our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Great shower in the bathroom. Splash pool was relaxing. Good lunch and dinner options. Friendly, helpful staff.
