my recent stay at a hotel in Osnabrück was amazing. Vienna House exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, clean and beautiful rooms, and the fantastic rainshower in the bathroom. The location was perfect, close to the city center, making it convenient for shopping or exploring the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Wifi was slow.

We went on a romantic escape and found the room comfortable and warm. The decorations were lovely, and the bed and the shower were excellent. It was pretty quiet there, which was good because we could rest well and have a good time. The hotel is close to many nice restaurants, bars and shops, we didn't have to go too far to find something to do. , the breakfast was very nice, it had a great variety of bread, cheese, and fruits.

Our experience wasn't all that great. The staff was not friendly or accommodating, we didn't feel welcome.

The Vienna House provided a wonderful experience. The room was nicely designed, with quirky ideas in the bathroom that made the small space feel much bigger. The hotel is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the center of the lovely town. The bedroom was quiet and the bar staff were friendly. The hotel itself looks quite new, with very comfortable and clean rooms. Parking is available underneath the hotel for a fee, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
