We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location in a peaceful area just outside of the city was perfect for us. We enjoyed the tranquility and relaxation that this place offered. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their service was impeccable and they were always there to assist us. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services such as car hire and laundry.

I had an absolutely magical experience at this resort! The staff were fantastic and made me feel incredibly welcome. The resort is surrounded by beautiful rice fields and green trees, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms were private and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax. The free shuttle service to the Ubud city center was convenient and allowed me to explore the area easily. I cannot wait to visit this resort again!

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed my stay at The Alena. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The pool villas were secluded, beautifully designed and had outdoor shower and bathtub. The on-site spa was affordable and incredible. Friendly staff, excellent food, spotlessly clean rooms.

We enjoyed the daily complimentary afternoon tea and the morning rice field tracking with a friendly guide. the shuttle service to the town was also convenient. the peaceful location and comfortable bed ensured a restful stay.

The room size was small and the pool service was slow. Some staff members seemed inexperienced.
