We enjoyed our stay at this luxury hotel. It was in a great location, near many attractions, and easy to reach using public transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. We appreciated the range of room amenities available to us, such as the tea and coffee facilities and mini-bar. The dining options were also fantastic, with a variety of dishes to choose from. At the spa and wellness center, we were able to relax in the sauna and steam bath after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is right in the center of the city, making it a convenient base for exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags and check-in early. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot and cold foods, fresh fruit, pastries, and yogurt. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or enjoying a drink.

We stayed in an upgraded room, which was spacious and well-appointed. We had a quiet and peaceful stay, overlooking the hotel's central courtyard. The hotel's restaurant, Foreign Affair, served excellent meals. The breakfast spread was sumptuous with a variety of options. The paid parking underneath the building was safe and secure.

The breakfast and evening meal were both delicious and diverse, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel's location made it convenient to explore tourist attractions and get around the city. the hotel staff was friendly and provided helpful information during check-in. the air conditioning and shower facilities in the room were both great.

The value for money at Arcotel was amazing, with a comfortable and quiet room that had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was excellent, right across from museum island and in a safe area, making it easy to explore the city.
