Clean and new property, great location near river park and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the king room had a nice recliner to relax. I felt safe and comfortable staying here with my dog as it was dog-friendly.

False advertising of a kitchette that was unusable, with no dishes, cups, silverware, pot or pan provided. The internet was also not usable on the patio.

That there was no free breakfast, but there were affordable breakfast options available nearby. However, despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel based on its cleanliness and amenities.
