Stayed at Arcotel and it was clean, quiet, and modern. We were impressed by the helpful and polite staff, especially the bartender. the location was perfect with great restaurants, bars, and breweries nearby. Easy access to the musical and shopping areas via the subway. the comfortable bed, convenient water kettle in the room, and daily room cleaning added to our positive experience. the sauna and steam room were a relaxing treat after a long day of exploring the city.

It is also conveniently near the Reeperbahn S-Bahn station, providing easy access to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

This hotel has a lot of positives. the complimentary spa treatments were a great touch and really added to our romantic escape. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the major attractions. the fact that breakfast was included in our stay was also a nice touch, saving us time and money.

There were a few downsides. the staff seemed a bit uninterested in helping us out, and we were left to fend for ourselves when it came to local advice.

The staff, especially the bartender, were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and good. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and breweries nearby. The hotel had easy access to the subway, making it convenient to reach the musical and shopping areas. Additionally, there was underground parking available for guests.
