The noise from trams can be bothersome!!! The shower drains poorly, creating a mini-pool!!! Wi-Fi was unreliable, needing the door to stay ajar just to connect!!! An unattended reception made check-in frustrating!!!

The standard double room was spacious and well-furnished. The check-in process was effective despite the late time.

But good grief, it was like trying to sleep in a tram station! The noise was relentless. I really needed a sleep mask and earmuffs!

The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant surprise with its ample space and large bathroom. I found it ideally located. close to both the old town and busy public transport. However, the parking fee of 12€ per day was a little steep, and the lack of air conditioning made warm nights challenging.

It was just a decent option for an overnight stay in Heidelberg with value for price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs for the lively nightlife nearby.

perfect for exploring hidden gems and historic charm

I was thrilled with how conveniently everything was just a short walk away. in no time, I found myself at the bustling shopping street and then wandered to the picturesque old town, eventually making my way to the stunning castle, which was less than 2 km away.

The breakfast buffet was incredible. Seriously, I had smoked trout and the best scrambled eggs ever! Those pastries were to die for, not just average hotel fare.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable, considering the location and the breakfast.

bayrischer hof has an amazing location! it’s super close to public transport and shopping areas. i really enjoyed the large bathroom, and the bed was soft and comfy. the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, keeping the room spotless.
