The value for money was great and the room had a good size. The location was perfect, close to the subway and within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved with a brighter and more inviting breakfast room.

This hotel is located in a very nice area of Berlin, in a nice cosy quiet neighbourhood with all Berlin's attractions easily reachable by foot. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and polite. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with basic facilities and even air conditioning. Besides, the breakfast at the bakery around the corner was included and had options for all tastes, even for vegetarians.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

The staff at Best Western Hotel Am Spittelmarkt surprised us with chocolates for my partner's birthday, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and the location was great, with the metro, a small shop, a bakery, and a nice tapas restaurant right beside the property. it was a lovely stay. The hotel also offers extra services like a taxi pick-up from the airport. Despite the high price, the hotel is still a good value for money and easy to get to in the middle of Berlin. The breakfast is great, with free newspapers, and the rooms are fine. I understand that the hotel is budget-friendly, but the mattress being too soft and uncomfortable, as well as the low-quality pillows, made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, apart from this issue, the hotel was nice. I would recommend this hotel for its great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

During my recent stay at Best Western, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The shower room provided ample hot water and the storage space was adequate for my needs. I also appreciated the free safe, which gave me peace of mind. Additionally, the breakfast selection was great with plenty of choices available from 7am-11am. I would recommend this hotel.

Not one thing.

Best Western Hotel had an excellent location, just a short walk from the bus and Ubahn stations. There was a pizza shop at the bottom of the street and a cafe at the top, both facing the hotel. We found a convenient shortcut through the apartments block near the cafe which led us to a supermarket. the beds were very comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, and a lovely bathroom. It was a great choice for those on a budget.

There are plenty of local restaurants nearby to satisfy any cravings, and all the major tourist sites are within close proximity. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent water pressure in the bathrooms. The hotel also offers various facilities to enhance your stay.

The lobby and corridors could use some updating, as they lack character and style.

We recently stayed at a hotel for the weekend and had a great experience. the breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a lot of variety. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. the location was also perfect, being just a short walk away from the metro station and several popular attractions. We also loved the complimentary tea and coffee in our room.

The air conditioning in our room was not very strong and it was quite warm at night. We also had trouble with the Wi-Fi signal in our room.

This hotel is an excellent value for money, located in a great residential neighborhood with easy access to the subway. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the double rooms are always kept clean and tidy. I especially enjoyed the panoramic view from my room.
