The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the railway station and with good restaurants nearby. The room was small but clean, and the bathroom was spotless with a lovely shower and immediate hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and instructions for finding a shoe store. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options including delicious smoked fish. The hotel also had a free desktop computer for guests to use.

The room had a slight smell, possibly due to the heating system.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good value for money, free street parking at night.

During my recent stay at the Best Western Hotel Kaiserhof, I had an incredible experience. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a functioning air conditioner, shower, TV, fridge. The decor was tasteful and not overwhelming. The reception staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I truly felt at home throughout my entire stay.

This made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city and surrounding areas easily. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service from start to finish.
