the room was quite old-fashioned and felt outdated. The furniture and decor reminded me of my grandmother's house, which was not what I was expecting.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. They surprised us with towel animals and champagne upon arrival and even provided a "to go" breakfast for our early morning departure. They were also extremely helpful in arranging transportation and answering our questions about getting around the island. The location is excellent, right in the middle of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious.

We had an incredible stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town center. The staff were extremely helpful and always available to assist with room service and housekeeping. The room was well equipped with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar, seating area and terrace. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the special diet menus. Moreover, the swimming pool was clean, the sun terrace was great and the view from the rooftop pool was amazing.

We had a great 4 days, 3 nights at the heart of San Miguel. The morning buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff was always accommodating. We enjoyed cocktails by the pool and the traditional Portuguese music and dancing on Monday was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and wonderful amenities.

I recently stayed at Hotel Talisman in Ponta Delgada for 5 days. The location was perfect, close to the port and restaurants. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view of the city and ocean. The rooftop pool was amazing, always quiet and had a stunning view. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfast had a great variety and delicious food.

This hotel had a great location, just a short drive from the airport and close to many restaurants and attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options and was quite filling.

One downside was that the rooms facing the plaza could be a bit noisy at night due to thin walls/windows. Light sleepers might be bothered by the music playing in the plaza.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay in a hotel that offered a few complementary facts which were much appreciated. the room was kept fairly clean and well-maintained by friendly staff members. the location was also great, as it was nearby to public transportation and a few decent restaurants. the continental breakfast was pretty good with several choices.

The room was quite small and dark, lacking any decent view from the windows. the air conditioning unit was broken, and the wifi connection was slow and unreliable.
