I stayed at Best Western for 3 nights in Hamburg. The staff were helpful and courteous, the Captain's Bar had a delightful barman, and dinner service was excellent with good food. The room was well designed with separate sitting and bedroom areas, both equipped with TVs. A huge supermarket was nearby within a 5-minute walk.

There was a kind of humid smell in the room and it was noisy at night from people gathered nearby. the room price should be a bit cheaper and the breakfast was expensive.
