The location of the hotel was great, being near the train station and close to the center of Freiburg. It was convenient for exploring the city and also for traveling to other places. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing good service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also enjoyable, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Additionally, some rooms had beautiful views overlooking the park, which added to the pleasant experience.

The limited parking available on-site, which meant we had to use a parking facility that was about 200 meters away.

Loved the rooftop garden with stunning views of Freiburg. The hotel is conveniently located near the historic Old Town with its charming cathedral and Bächle brook. Enjoyed the soundproofed rooms and free Wi-Fi. The environmentally friendly aspect is a nice bonus.

Such a shame that the gym is free. I was really looking forward to paying for a workout.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well-taken care of at this hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing assistance with our luggage and offering useful tourist advice. The spacious rooms were a delight, and we appreciated the complimentary fruits in the lobby. Additionally, the hotel provided us with complimentary regional train cards, making it convenient for us to explore the beautiful Black Forest region. The Italian restaurant, Antica, just across the road, was also a great dining option, and we enjoyed eating there multiple times.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was exceptional, just a short walk from the Old Town and close to the city center. We were able to explore the charming streets and enjoy the shopping opportunities in the area. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the foothills of the Alps added to its appeal.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to all the main attractions and public transport. the room was clean and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked minibar. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the nearby attractions.

The room was a bit small, and we found the bed somewhat uncomfortable. the breakfast was quite expensive, and we found it more cost-effective to eat out at some of the nearby cafes and restaurants.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the railway station and the old town. The suite I stayed in was spacious and ideal for my family. The room was spotlessly clean, which I appreciated. Although the breakfast was slightly expensive for a family, the food was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a crowded breakfast room and a few steps to carry luggage up, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a great experience and would stay here again.

We loved the location of this place, it was so central and convenient! We were able to walk to the old town centre and the railway station in less than 10 minutes, making it perfect for all our explorations in and around the city. The cathedral and the main train station were also just a short stroll away.

We had a minor issue with the hotel not informing us about a green vignette that we needed for our car, which resulted in a fine from the municipality. However, this was a small inconvenience and didn't significantly affect our stay.
