The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed and provided enhanced comfort. It was such a relief to have soundproofed rooms, as I was able to relax in peace and quiet after a long day of exploring. The available amenities, such as Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, were also greatly appreciated.

The lack of air conditioning made the room a bit stuffy, but opening the window improved the situation. the downside of this was the noise from parties and shouting on the street below, which made for a disturbed sleep.

I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Dortmund. the rooms are spacious and in great condition, with comfortable furniture. Despite being centrally located, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. the staff went above and beyond to help us, from arranging a baby cot to assisting with parking. the hotel's location is superb, right next to the shopping district, making it convenient for exploring the city. it was a lovely hotel with friendly staff and a perfect location.
