From the moment we arrived, the staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and made us feel like VIPs. They provided a personal escort to our room, offered us an umbrella when we went out in the rain, and even gave us a bottle of water for our car. The daily fruit in our room and the free coffee in the lobby were nice touches. The location of the hotel was perfect, and we found the facilities and services to be worth the money.

We felt welcomed into the family, and nothing was too much trouble.

We were thrilled with the attention to detail during our stay at the 5-star luxury hotel. The staff was exceptional and provided us with genuine and kind service throughout our visit. The rooms were fantastic and beautifully appointed. The location was also ideal, making it easy for us to explore the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel's staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They offered complimentary toothpaste and deodorant, and the amenities were great. the location couldn't be better as it was central to everything I needed. the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the homemade ice cream was a must-try.

there were no night lights in the bathroom which made it difficult to use at night.

From our arrival to the departure, the service was impeccable. The luxurious amenities here are top-notch, fulfilling our exclusive needs. The indoor swimming pool and steam room, as well as the spa lounge, make for a great spa experience. The staff never failed to be attentive to our needs, always one step ahead. The bar area was a great spot for live entertainment, with well-made drinks and a fantastic atmosphere.

We only encountered a minor issue with the selection of food on the room service menu, but this was quickly resolved through the helpful staff.

The hotel had amazing facilities, including a spa that was included with our stay. The location was also great, as it was right in the heart of the city. We could easily access shopping centers and other attractions. the staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.
