The complimentary hot cocoa and cookies were a nice touch during the Christmas season. the hotel is in a prime location, just a stone’s throw from the river and the shops. the Christmas decorations were beautiful and added to the festive atmosphere.

The noise from the train outside was unbearable and kept us up all night. the room was cramped and not as clean as we had hoped.

The breakfasts were top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. this venue exceeded our expectations in terms of location, service, and amenities.
