We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly atmosphere at the Bulow Palais. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We particularly loved the welcome drink, a thoughtful gesture that helped us unwind after our journey. The Caroussel restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic selection of food and wine that we savored for hours. The location was perfect for exploring Dresden, with plenty of historical sites, shopping, and dining options nearby. The hotel itself offered great amenities and was excellent value for the price. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Dresden.

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. the location was also very convenient, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to help with questions and recommendations.

The rooms were quite small and the price we paid seemed too high for what we received.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. It is just a short walk across the Elbe River to reach the center of town. The staff is friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We had an amazing experience at the Relais & Chateaux. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The room was perfect in every detail, with a comfortable bed and no noise from the street. The hotel's location was ideal, with clean streets, great shops, and excellent restaurants nearby. We also had a delicious dinner at the Caroussel restaurant. the hotel, service, and amenities provided great value.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I was immersed in the ultimate luxurious experience. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and ensured that all my exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled. The Spa and wellness centre was a true standout, offering a range of treatments such as body wraps and massages. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of my stay, thanks to the exceptional quality of these services.

While there was very little to fault during my stay, one minor issue I had was with the in-room breakfast. Although it was of great quality, the portions were small and left me feeling a little hungry afterwards.
