The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a short 5-minute walk to everything in town, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. Plus, the views from the hotel are just breathtaking. Our room had a balcony that was actually part of the old city wall, giving us a fantastic view of the prettiest landscapes we've ever seen. The rooms themselves were very nice and spacious, perfect for families with kids. And we can't forget about the breakfast - it was served in a really cute and decorated room, and the food was excellent. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

The breakfast was a bit dull compared to other hotels we've stayed at on this trip.

We stayed in a lovely room, located within the city walls, under the medieval town wall, with beautiful views of the valley. The service was outstanding, with staff being kind and helpful, always greeting us with a warm welcome. The room had wonderful amenities, including a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and mini-bar, and we enjoyed the privacy of in-room breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly situated inside the city walls, just a short walk from the main square. You can even walk over the ancient town wall and enjoy the beautiful view of the valley. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs and freshly squeezed juices. the hotel provides a charming and convenient stay in the heart of the historic town.

The hotel charges an additional fee for the use of the spa facilities, which could be seen as a downside for some guests.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the old medieval town and its Christmas markets. Situated adjacent to the old city wall, just outside the city center, guests can enjoy lovely views of the valley and hear the birds chirping in the morning. Rooms are large and charming, with comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, and quiet surroundings. The staff is lovely, providing excellent service and a tasty breakfast each morning. There seems to be some road construction causing difficulty getting to the hotel, as one guest experienced.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing hotel in a picturesque setting. The 3 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 teenager. The modern bathroom and facilities, along with the comfortable antique furnishings, made us feel like we were in a storybook. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!
