The hotel, close to everything, right off I-95, offered clean rooms, and the staff efficiently accommodated my request for a ground floor room. the quiet nights made for a peaceful stay. The breakfast had limited options but was satisfactory with coffee and pastries available. Cons: Zero issues identified during my stay; all was as expected.

Great location near various attractions, restaurants, and shops. the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, especially for a holiday weekend.

There was some traffic noise coming from the nearby highway, but it wasn't too disruptive. the room had a musty smell and felt damp, but running the air conditioner helped.

Our stay at Liberty Inn was greatly enhanced by the convenient location just 1.3 miles from the church for the Celebration of Life event. the clean and comfy room with a king-size bed on the first floor made our short stay enjoyable and restful. the strong AC kept us comfortable, and the room was surprisingly quiet even with everything closed up. Despite some minor inconveniences like a very tight parking lot and a slightly musty smell, the overall experience was positive. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

Attended my son's baseball tournament and stayed at Liberty Inn. the staff quickly accommodated my request for a ground floor room. Room and bathroom were clean and peaceful at night. Comfortable bed and welcoming to pets. Family-owned vibe with caring staff, making it a perfect stay. Cons: Strongly recommend this hotel.

The Liberty Inn in Old Saybrook exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, with a new carpet and refurbished bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even giving me a better room when available. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants just a mile away. Despite being close to the highway, the noise was minimal and didn't bother me during my restful two-night stay.

As for the breakfast selection, it could be improved by offering more variety and healthier options.

Clean room with a very comfortable bed. Owner helped secure an outstanding restaurant reservation. Manager was polite and helpful. Convenient location off 95, close to desired spots. Recently updated bathroom.

Traffic noise all night, especially from commercial trucks. No disturb door hangers.
