My recent stay at a functional hotel in the center of Western Berlin was highly exceptional. The welcoming and friendly reception staff made the check-in process fast and efficient. Despite the small size of my first-floor room, it was clean and the overall standard of the hotel was great. The location was convenient, with the U-Bahn and Zoo nearby. The breakfast at the restaurant was quite good, and the staff there were very polite. The hotel also upgraded our room to a superior double without any additional cost, which was a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue! The location was great, with plenty of good restaurants in the area, making it easy to find a delicious meal. The staff were very helpful, especially in assisting with travel connections during the check-out process. The room itself was excellent, with all the necessary amenities and a very comfortable sitting area. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon. an excellent stay!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, close to public transportation and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a free upgrade to interconnecting rooms that were both fabulous. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large leather sofa, chairs, and an extra king-size bed. the hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning lobby that made it feel like a posh 5-star hotel. the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. a wonderful experience that we would definitely recommend.

Located in the heart of a bustling city center, this hotel is a fantastic base for exploring the local area. The variety of restaurants and shops nearby offer endless options for dining and entertainment. The clean and comfortable rooms provide a perfect escape from the busy city, complete with all the necessary amenities, including a fantastic breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station "Savignyplatz" and offers easy access to the center of Western Berlin. Guests can easily reach the hotel by plane to Tegel airport and it is also close to Kurfurstendamm. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. the hotel has modern lifts and facilities.

The gym facilities are not up to par.

The staff at the reception were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. the duty managers were unprofessional, providing false information and failing to resolve the problems adequately.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel California. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, from the friendly reception staff to the helpful housekeeping team. Our room was everything we could dream of, with a beautiful and spacious layout, a nice bathroom, and a very comfortable bed with a variety of pillow options. The hotel itself is stunning, with a posh and elegant lobby that gives it a 5-star feel. The location was also ideal, in a fabulous neighborhood, and the continental breakfast, while not my personal preference, was still lovely.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the bus stop nearby provides direct access to Tegel airport, which is very convenient for travelers. The beauty of the hotel and its prime location near the metro and bus stations offer great advantages for guests.

Had an amazing Easter trip and a wonderful hotel stay. the complementary Easter egg and chocolate were a lovely touch, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. the location was amazing, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport and lots of nearby restaurants. the room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The WiFi was not great and we had some trouble connecting, which was a disappointment. the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from other rooms.
