We had the most amazing romantic escape! The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and accommodating, making sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. We particularly loved the 24/7 availability of complimentary tea and coffee, which was a great touch. The location was incredible - right in the heart of a beautiful area of the city, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafes. We also loved the fact that our room was so spacious and had a fantastic kitchenette, which made us feel right at home.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the noise from the bathroom was a bit of a problem, and we had to shut the door to get a good night's sleep.
