Great location! So close to all the fun stuff and public transport. We even got a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise!

the elevator is only on certain floors, which was just lovely to navigate with heavy luggage, not to mention the terrible heat without AC. how do hotels still do that? i woudl ve been impressed with better service—perhaps an apology visit from management? i almost wrote a good review, but this experience just ruined it all.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend respite in Munich with extraordinarily good value for money. I enjoyed the fifteen minute walk to Marienplatz, which was a nice way to explore the area. When visiting, keep in mind the rooms can get really hot, so be prepared for that.

despite the clean rooms, I woke up to drilling at 6 am on a Sunday—how charming. also, the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, which made for a lovely 110-step workout. I thought a complimentary gift or room upgrade would have somehow compensated for my troubles, but clearly expecting any special treatment is wishful thinking. I almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids! The family room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Don't miss the fresh pastries from the nearby café. Only a short walk to the main attractions—ideal for families!

The absence of air conditioning left me sweltering on warm days!!! The elevator stopping between floors forced unnecessary stair climbing, which was frustrating!!! I found inconsistent housekeeping practices detracting from my stay experience!!!

Really nice stay! The staff helped us figure out transport that made getting around easy. The family room was spacious and comfy. We enjoyed in-room breakfast, which was a real treat. Just wished the WiFi had been faster—kind of a bummer when trying to plan our next adventure. Overall, a solid choice for families.
