This lovely hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the bustling city center and a variety of restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is delicious, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade berry preserves. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

Lack of an elevator may be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

Fantastic breakfast with abundant food choices. Helpful personnel arranged alternative WiFi access. True to pictures and spotless decor. Central location by restaurants and shops. Close to concert venue. Comfortable, clean, and basic rooms. Polite owner granted extra check-out time for free. Enjoyable homemade jams and warm bread, varied savory and sweet options, and fresh orange juice for breakfast. Safe area near shops and restaurants. Welcoming and attentive staff, such as Richard Zeller. Spacious and clean room for our family of five. Comfortable beds.

We had a perfect stay at Cityhotel in Kempten. The hotel is ideally located near all major shops and the old city, making it convenient to explore. The free parking was a big plus for us. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, including the provided toiletries. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious local ingredients. The entire hotel had a lovely decoration that added to the overall ambiance. We felt truly welcome and taken care of during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Kempten.

The breakfast was good with different options to choose from and the rooms were clean. the location of the hotel was convenient and close to the town center. the hotel had free private parking which was a plus point.

The stairs to the rooms were incredibly steep and there was no elevator making it a hassle for those carrying heavy luggage. the area around the hotel didn't feel safe, and it's not recommended to take a stroll alone in the evenings.
