The staff at Garni Hotel Tignale, Gtsgroup were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family, giving us an amazing space on the top floor. The swimming pool was fabulous and our kids had a blast there.

Although the room was a bit dated and the furniture of poor quality, the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The breakfast served in the adjacent restaurant was not the best, with stale food and machine-made teas and coffees, but it was manageable.

First of all, the location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right in the center of the lovely small city center of Gardola, surrounded by charming streets and quaint shops. You couldn't ask for a better spot to explore and immerse yourself in the local atmosphere.

I couldn't find a single thing to complain about during my stay. Everything was perfect!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The large and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The location, surrounded by beautiful mountains and vegetation, offered breathtaking views and a tranquil experience. The hotel's central position within the village allowed easy access to local amenities, such as restaurants, supermarkets, and stunning viewpoints of Lake Garda. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and even upgrading my room to one with a balcony. The breakfast was varied and delicious, served by polite and attentive staff.

The hotel was located in a fantastic, picturesque town with plenty to see and do all around. the staff was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed. One thing we particularly enjoyed was the excellent breakfast buffet, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

That the hotel did not have an elevator, which made it hard to get around for guests who have mobility issues. we noticed that the mattress in our room was a bit too firm for our liking.
