I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I loved how close it was to everything - the Dom, the shopping area, and the river. The room itself was amazing, like a small apartment with separate lounge, bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchenette was a bonus, with a sink and fridge. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the rooftops and the spires of the cathedral.

I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. The hotel provides excellent comfort and quality services.

We had an amazing view of the Dom from our room on the 4th floor, and the glass lift overlooking the charming courtyard was a unique touch. The hotel's minimalist design with great photos on the walls added to its stylish atmosphere. The breakfast spread was a feast with a variety of tasty cereals, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, different types of bread, and delicious hot options. The staff spoke good English and were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our four-night stay. We were able to easily explore the Cologne Christmas Markets and even take a pleasant stroll to the Zoo along the Rhine. we felt like royalty and came home well-rested and ready for Christmas.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to many sights and restaurants. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, sliced meats and cheese, and amazing rolls. the staff was friendly and always available to assist.

The hotel's lobby and common areas appeared a bit dated and in need of renovation. the room furnishings and electronics were also outdated and not very comfortable.

The hotel offers spacious and quiet rooms, with lovely views to the courtyard. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and main attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant experience for solo travelers.

The restaurant in the morning was also excellent, with Karine being very helpful and attentive. The room was amazing in size and quiet, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the courtyard seating added to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, with easy access to transportation and parking available for 15 euro's a day.
