We had a fantastic experience at a hotel located right next to the Christmas market and all major attractions. The restaurant offered delicious food with a local character and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, especially with our 3-month-old baby. The hotel also provided parking, which was convenient for us.

One drawback was that the shower only had a bathtub and we would have preferred just a shower. However, this did not significantly affect our overall enjoyable stay at the hotel.

We had an incredible experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The immaculate spa and wellness center fulfilled our exclusive needs with its body scrub and massage services. The indoor swimming pool was of perfect temperature, while the sauna and steam room were divine. The private garden area added a sense of tranquility to our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the spa lounge was slightly cramped. However, this small inconvenience did not detract from our overall outstanding experience.

Had a great city break with my partner. We got an amazing free upgrade to a suite which was brilliant. The indoor pool and sauna were fantastic to relax in after exploring the city all day. Plus, the location was perfect – right in the heart of the city center.

The breakfast wasn't included in the price, which was a bit disappointing. , the air conditioning in the room wasn't great, meaning it got a little stuffy at times.
