We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel by the harbor. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the tourist section with easy access to the bus station and ferry. We loved being able to open the windows and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two twin beds that could be pushed together to form a large bed. We also appreciated the additional seating area with a large couch/bed. The room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide selection of hot and cold options to satisfy all appetites.

The breakfast had a good variety of food, and there were plenty of juices to choose from. the hotel was located in a cool area close to many restaurants and bars, making it easy to find a good meal. Best of all, the staff was friendly and welcoming, answering all our questions and helping us with whatever we needed.

Our room was quite small and cramped. the air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly, so we struggled to stay cool during the night.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a view of the ships and commercial establishments. The staff is courteous, helpful, and prompt. The breakfast buffet is impressive, with a wide variety of meats, cheeses, juices, and other items.

Some bus tours near the hotel may not offer the desired commentary or sights, so it's important to be cautious and clarify expectations before joining a tour.
