We were pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and politeness of all the employees we came in contact with during our stay. The Spa had an all-star team of physiotherapists and a medical doctor who provided excellent treatments for my back and neck problems. The outdoor pool and surrounding garden created a relaxing environment. The water aerobics courses offered in the pool were fantastic. The restaurant served exquisite food at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good for winter vacations, with 2 big year-round pools and a spa. Helpful staff and peaceful atmosphere. Excellent breakfast, with high-quality food. Amazing view from the sea-side room.

Located on a pier into the sea, this hotel offers a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The spacious and renovated rooms come with large bathrooms. The excellent service ensures a comfortable stay. Indulge in the rich and varied breakfast spread, and enjoy the thermal baths and pools. With daily organized exercise programs by the pool, you can stay active during your stay.

The massage in the spa is not of the highest quality, and some of the services are overpriced.

The pool area and spa were very nice and relaxing. the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. the hotel is located in a central area of the city, so it was easy to explore and find places to eat.

The rooms were not very clean and seemed a bit outdated. the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

This hotel is beyond luxurious. the exclusive amenities provided by this venue in terms of Spa and wellness center are remarkable. the indoor and outdoor pools are filled with natural warm thermal spring waters that offer a truly relaxing experience. the staff is incredibly professional and polite, catering to all our needs. the food at the restaurant is delicious and served in a nice setup that highlights the location's beautiful garden area.

The linens in this hotel may need to be renewed, which is only a minor issue compared to all the exclusive facilities provided by this venue. the Finnish sauna and steam bathe were charged as extras, but this does not affect our overall stay in this luxurious hotel, complemented by the excellent service of our hospitable hosts.
