I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Munich. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, allowing easy access to all the city has to offer. The hotel itself was beautiful, with modern and well-appointed rooms that provided enhanced comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests or questions. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day off right.

Being close to the train station was a huge plus for me, as it made it very convenient for exploring the city and also for catching my train to Paris the next day. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They even packed a delicious lunch for me to take on the train, since I had to leave early in the morning. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made a difference.

Worst aspects of our stay were the lack of promptness during check-in, as our room wasn't ready upon arrival. Furthermore, the traditional door key was a bit inconvenient compared to modern access cards.
