The staff at this motel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provided us with maps and cold drinks upon arrival. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic toiletries provided. the location of the motel was ideal for us as it was close to the starting point of the 7 Lakes hike, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of information provided in the rooms about recycling and trash disposal in the area. We found ourselves throwing away recyclable items because we didn't know where to take them.

We just had a fantastic stay at a motel in Big Pine. We were so lucky to find this place on a holiday weekend with no reservations. the owner was incredibly accommodating and helpful. the location, both before and after our hiking trip to Big Pine Creek, was perfect. the motel room was clean and spacious, with lovely wood floors and art. Despite being on Hwy 395, the traffic noise didn't bother us at all. the fabulous backdrop of the Sierras made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this motel for its amazing customer service and beautiful surroundings.
