We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was perfect for us, just a quick walk to the departure terminal. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. We also appreciated the extra amenities provided, such as the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. The restaurant was surprisingly upscale and offered delicious meals. We were also impressed by the free airport shuttle service, which made our travel experience much more convenient.

The staff at the reception desk can be unfriendly and arrogant at times, which can be off-putting. the internet connection is slow and outdated, reminiscent of the late 90s.

Nice little stopover

I stayed at the Courtyard hotel during a transit on a sleepy Sunday in January. Although the rooms were basic, the staff were friendly and the food was excellent. It's a great value for money stopover at Hamburg Airport. I highly recommend this hotel.
