The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was really good. the SPA was so relaxing and comfy. the location is great, with a gorgeous old town nearby and plenty of attractions to explore.

The staff were not accommodating in following up on simple requests such as seeing the wine list. They repeatedly asked for our room number, which lacked personal touches.

Comfortable hotel, great location, good facilities, nice spa, two excellent restaurants. Wonderful food in Stuben restaurant, beautiful setting on terrace. Excellent breakfast, relaxing and comfortable spa. Gorgeous Altstadt, although quiet.
