My stay at the resort was pleasant overall. the room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with a fridge and an airer for my swimsuit and beach towels. the free safe provided in the room was a great convenience as well.

The room furniture was dated and in need of refurbishing. the room felt a bit small as there was no privacy for parents with three beds crammed into one room.

the staff at Servigroup Castilla were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were impressed with the spacious rooms and enjoyed the lovely balcony. the food was diverse and of high quality, with the lunch and dinner buffet being some of the best we've ever had. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful and clean beach. We will definitely be returning in the future to enjoy the hotel's amenities and delicious food!

The staff were friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. the hotel provided free WiFi, a fridge, and a safe in the room for added convenience.

There was some disturbance during my stay due to workman demolishing walls and clearing rubble in the vicinity of the hotel. This ongoing construction activity disturbed the peaceful ambiance around the pool and occasionally interrupted relaxation.
