The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing a wheelchair for my mother and ensuring that my handicapped friend and I were well taken care of in the restaurant. The family room setup was perfect for us, allowing all four of us to stay together during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a great bathroom and big screen TV. The hotel's location within Frankfurt Airport was very convenient, being just a short walk from the international terminal.

It was bright and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a teakettle, iron, and ironing board. the free bottled water was a nice touch. the comfortable and quiet environment allowed me to relax and unwind. the hotel's key location provided easy access to the airport, making my travel hassle-free. I also appreciated the fact that I could store my luggage securely after checkout, allowing me to explore the city without any worries.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not particularly like. It would have been helpful to have access to menus and other essential details online.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The young woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and understanding, making my long day disappear. I really appreciated the upgrade, even though all I did was sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy access to trains and terminals. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. The Skyloft Restaurant is a great bonus, with excellent food, value, and wonderful service. The staff here is exceptional, which is why I keep returning to different Marriotts around the world.
