i almost thought this place woudl be fine, until i had to leave my key with reception every time! it’s 2023, not the middle ages! also, the elevator access is a total maze, like i’m navigating through a twisted funhouse. a complimentary welcome gift woudl ve been nice too, they clearly think we’re all the same here.

Perfectly situated right across from the central station, making it super easy to explore! I loved the clean and spacious room. They had good WiFi to keep connected.

But darling, those stairs are a real workout—especially when lugging your bags! And no ice? I thought I was going to freeze my cocktails in sorrow!

No air conditioning means unbearably warm rooms at times!!! The access layout is a total maze, and the lack of an ice machine is a major oversight!!! If you have luggage, be prepared for an exhausting trek up the stairs!!!

Had an early flight, so booked a night here! The staff were super friendly, helped me get a transit pass right away, made it easy to hit the town! Plus, the breakfast was a nice surprise, coffee served right at the table! was pretty good.

During my stay, I appreciated being just a short distance from the beautiful Jungfernstieg and the stunning Elbphilharmonie, making my city strolls all the more enjoyable. plus, the friendly staff provided helpful tips about nearby dining options that I absolutely loved exploring.

I enjoyed my stay due to its location near the central train station. My room was on the sixth floor, and even though the elevator only reached the fifth, it wasn't an issue. The staff were nice and allowed me to leave my bags after check-out. I came for a country music event, and the atmosphere around provided easy access to eateries open late. The breakfast was a solid highlight. I liked how quiet the room was despite the busy area outside.

I spent one night here and absolutely enjoyed the historical vibe and the comfortable bed. There were great relaxation opportunities like a cozy lounge area and a lovely terrace to unwind. The room could get a little warm without AC, but I still had a fantastic time! 😊
