The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a metro stop right next to the metro station which made going into the city really easy. It's also conveniently located near Schiphol airport, perfect for hassle-free travel. For those attending conferences, the hotel is just next to the RAI conference centre. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the nearby park. The breakfast selection is wide-ranging and delicious. Plus, the hotel offers facilities like a big TV and a coffee machine in the lobby.

The staff could benefit from more training in terms of being informative and helpful. Some of them seemed distant and not as warm as one would expect.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is stunning, with a modern design and impeccable cleanliness. The wellness facilities were beyond my expectations, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. I loved the added touch of rose petals in the room, making my stay feel extra special. Plus, the location couldn't be better - just a short walk from the train station and close to metro links for exploring the city.

The large, comfortable room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a king-size bed provided a pleasant stay. The complementary water and coffee were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near the train and metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast, although not an English breakfast, offered plenty of choices and was worth the price.

The sink and shower being separate from the toilet room was a bit inconvenient. The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste.

Our romantic escape was amazing! The hotel provided us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on arrival which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk from public transportation that could take us anywhere. We especially enjoyed the incredible breakfast buffet that had absolutely everything you could wish for to start your day in a great way. The views from our room were stunning, and we were lucky to have a beautiful cityscape just outside the window.

There were some downsides to our stay. The hotel had no proper smoking area, which made it difficult for us to enjoy a cigarette without feeling conspicuous.

The new hotel has well-decorated rooms and offers complimentary drinking water in the mini bar. The breakfast has good food quality, and the journey to the hotel is simple after getting off the Eurostar. The journey to the airport is even easier!

The Room and The view hotel was really nice, with great amenities and interior design. The electric bikes provided by the hotel were convenient for getting around quickly. The staff was very helpful and the self check-out vending corner was a nice touch.

Lovely quiet room, spacious, modern. The long sofa and high ceiling are a plus. Comfy stay. Fresh and wide range of choices for breakfast, starting early. Perfect for early birds. Great location, 1 min from RAI station and 5 mins to the RAI exhibition center. Fitness Center is better than most hotels. Option to skip housekeeping for the day is convenient. Good value for money.

The hotel's modern design and the small details, like automatic lights, added to the luxurious experience. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. The wellness center on the top floor with panoramic views, saunas, and lounging beds was a perfect way to unwind.

The hotel offers electric bike rentals, allowing easy access to the town in under 20 minutes. Amenities and interior design are great. Value for money is 10/10. "Self check-out" vending corner available for late-night snacks.
