We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town centre and with the beautiful castle nearby. We were able to explore the historic streets and attractions on foot, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The hotel offered a range of amenities, including a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed room, with its modern bathroom and cozy sitting area. The attention to detail and cleanliness were highly impressive. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and the availability of tours and ticket assistance.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable bed and clean bathroom provided by the hotel. the breakfast selection was good, and I liked that there were hot beverages available. the hotel was located near the city center and public transportation, making it easy to explore.

The noise level was high due to the creaky floors and other guests in the hallways. while there were some positives about the hotel, the negatives made it an unsatisfactory experience.
