I also appreciated the cleanliness and functionality of the rooms. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the charms of the town.

The wifi connection was quite slow and not suitable for work purposes, so I ended up using my 5G connection on my phone. the parking options were limited, and I had to opt for secure underground parking at an extra cost.

The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-appointed, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast offered is delicious and the restaurant serves wonderful food. The secure parking facilities add an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking options were great, with both free car parking and secure underground parking available. The location was perfect, as it was close to Las Medulas and about half way between Santiago de Compostela and Leon. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the train station. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Merce at the reception.

Wow, Ponferrada Plaza, what a gem! The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to the famous castle. The gym is well-equipped and the free Wi-Fi is a nice bonus.

Oh dear, I had such a tough time choosing between the delicious à la carte menu and the cosy restaurant with elegant décor. Such a difficult decision!
