We had a fantastic stay at Ginn City & Lounge! the room was very comfortable, with nice interiors and a clean atmosphere. We loved that there was a bio market right next door, and there were plenty of great food options nearby for both dining in or taking away. the hotel's location was also convenient, with the bus stop close by and S and U stations within walking distance. the staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, and the bed was really comfortable. We also enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, which had a lovely park and Technology Museum just a couple of blocks away. a great experience!

Two areas for improvement included the lack of TV channels with limited options and poor wifi connection. the hotel's housekeeping could have been better with the floors not being cleaned adequately and trash left for days without being emptied.
