We had a wonderful stay at a spacious and well-equipped apartment conveniently located near Temma Station. the owner was kind and accommodating, providing clear check-in instructions. the amenities were complete, allowing us to cook, do laundry, and even air out wet clothes on the balcony. Despite being close to the train tracks, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, and the earplugs provided helped us ignore any noise. Villa Penthouse Tenma provided excellent value for its size and price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, with every corner spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than the designated time. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the metro station just a stone's throw away, making it easy for us to explore the city center. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located next to a train railway, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. We were also delighted to find that the hotel was situated close to the longest shopping street in this city, providing us with ample options for shopping and dining.

The rooms at this hotel were huge and spacious, perfect for our group. We were pleasantly surprised by the self check-in procedure and the complete amenities provided, including a vacuum, iron, and washing machine. The hotel's location right next to the railway line made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby convenience stores and restaurants, such as 7/11, Don Quijote, and McDonald's.

For us, this hotel was ideal.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from Temma Station and with easy access to Osaka Station. the proximity to Sakuranomiya allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking views of cherry blossoms. the amenities provided were outstanding, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and even an extra charger cord. the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, making our check-in process quick and hassle-free. the room itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, and there were plenty of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. This is a highly recommended place to stay!

We had a great stay at Villa Penthouse! the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and it was just a 3-minute walk from JR station Temma. the location was fantastic, with plenty of convenient stores like 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby. It was so convenient to have both the JR line and Metro line within easy reach, making it a breeze for us to explore Osaka. the facilities at the property were excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the owner was also very specific and helpful in providing instructions on how to get there and check-in. it was a wonderful experience.

I absolutely loved this place! The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy and clean apartment that had everything I needed. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the metro station, making it easy to get to the city center. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier than the designated time. The convenience of having a kitchen with all the necessary supplies was a great addition, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. this hotel provided great value for money and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was very convenient, being only a 3-minute walk from the JR station and having several convenient stores nearby. the apartment was well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine/dryer, and other amenities, making our stay comfortable.

One of the main drawbacks was the difficulty we had with the check-in process. There was a technical glitch with the iPad check-in system, and it was stressful trying to contact the property for assistance.
