I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of everything, including a small supermarket. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the sauna and gym facilities, which were modern and well-maintained.

The elevator was a bit slow, but it didn't really affect my overall experience.

Terrific well-run modern place. Beautifully looked after. Excellent location outside Zentrum, few mins to town by bike or tram, 10 min walk. Outstanding breakfast, good value. Loved the coffee machine available 24/7. Definitely recommend and stay again.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the central location and the easy access to nearby markets that allowed me to enjoy the festive season. the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. I also appreciated the friendly staff who made the stay more enjoyable.

The noise from the nearby street was disturbing and detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel was easily accessible by car and had a tram stop right outside, making it convenient for getting around. the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing guidance and assistance when needed.

The hotel did not have a parking place available as promised. This was a major inconvenience as I had valuable items in my car and had chosen the hotel specifically for its parking facility.

The hotel provided free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was outstanding for the price. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and bakery. I highly recommend this hotel for a non-frills stay in Heilbronn.
