The food was exceptional and the staff was generally helpful and polite. The hotel room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The pool area and surrounding gardens were also well-maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

The prices for drinks and breakfast were unreasonably expensive, and for the cost of the room, we expected more complimentary amenities. The air conditioning in our room was inadequate for the hot weather during our stay, and the night staff was unable to assist with our issue. Furthermore, while the overall experience was pleasant, the hotel lacked a unique character or charm that we were hoping for.

We arrived late at the hotel with no reservation and were pleasantly surprised by the attentive and helpful service we received. The night shift bellman, Mr Yousef, went above and beyond to find us a reservation, park our car, and ensure our comfort. Despite his limited English skills, he took on multiple roles to accommodate us. It's a shame that his efforts weren't rewarded by the hotel management. Thank you, Mr Yousef, for the warm welcome.

This hotel is a true luxury gem with exclusive amenities and outstanding service. The beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace are perfect places to relax. The hotel also offers a range of treatments in their treatment room including full body massages, facials, waxing, and manicures; all made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only issue was the slow service in the restaurant for dinner. The dining experience was exquisite, but the timing of the dishes did not work as well as expected.

The rooms are comfortable and the last minute rate was special. The "bistrot" is a good alternative to the main restaurant. The dinner in the classic restaurant was excellent with creative flavors. VIP treatment and a private room were provided. Attentive staff and a large room made for a dream stay.

My spouse and I stayed at Maison Pic for a special occasion, and we were treated like royalty. The room was elegant and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. We felt truly special and well taken care of. The gardens were beautiful, and the interior design was top-notch. The restaurant offered outstanding cuisine, both at the gastronomic restaurant and the bistro. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and the breakfast was fantastic. Maison Pic provided us with a memorable and exceptional experience.
