A strange beginning with chaotic key pickup under the cover of darkness left me unsettled. The room was snug yet charming, but I found the sliding bathroom door lacking privacy. On a brighter note, the breakfast was simply divine, featuring mouthwatering Bavarian treats that turned my mornings into a delightful experience!

Waking up to the smell of delicious breakfast spread was pure bliss! The staff were exceptionally friendly, treating everyone like family. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the unique decor made my stay feel like a charming Bavarian escape.

However, the bathroom design was a bit unconventional, lacking privacy that might bother some guests. The location was a tad tricky to find at night, and parking could use clearer directions.

Only thing was the street noise that popped up sometimes, especially if you like those open windows at night.

No air conditioning to combat the summer heat!!! Expect street noise if windows are open!!! Limited reception hours caused confusion during late arrivals!!! Sliding bathroom doors provided little privacy!!! Difficult to locate at night!!!

Had a lovely stay! The room was cozy with great storage and a charming view over the Biergarten. Super quiet location, just a hop on public transport to the city center.

But honestly, if I wanted a sauna, I would’ve booked a spa! No AC? I might as well have slept outside in the summer!

Wi-Fi was fast, enjoyed the welcome drink. missed air conditioning in the room.

marias platzl has such a cool vibe with quirky decor like upside down tin buckets for lamps and plates on the wall. the breakfast is super delish with loads of options like fresh bread, meats, and cheeses. my room had a nice window seat overlookin the square which was really cozy. the staff were really friendly and made us feel at home. location was chill too, just a short walk to the city center.

the staff were fantastic and always ready to assist! the vibrant decor in the room added charm, and the location made it easy to explore all the main spots on foot. highly recommend! 😊🍻
