I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Kota Kinabalu for leisure purposes for 4 nights. The hotel has a great sea view, a convenient location near shopping centers and delicious food options within walking distance. The room was spacious, the breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to assist with any requests. The service was exceptional, from quick check-in to attentive staff at the restaurants. The hotel truly provided a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.

Visited during New Year's and had a great time at a well-known international chain. the location was fantastic, with easy walking access to major attractions, shopping, and a beautiful ocean view. the pool, although smaller than expected, was still enjoyable. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had an amazing shower. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel also offered access to an executive lounge, which was great value for money. They even provided complimentary packed breakfast, which was delicious and generous in portion size.

The hotel had a variety of dining options, a fun pub, and great facilities. There were also plenty of places of interest nearby, and the views of the water were lovely.

Oh, how I just loved the poor command of English from the staff! So refreshing to play charades instead of having a proper conversation.

The Hyatt Regency Kinabalu exceeded our expectations with an early check-in, spacious and clean room, and elegant decorations. The food was scrumptious, offering a variety of delicious Western and traditional options. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
