Stayed at this excellent hotel when attending Starlight Express. The theatre is literally a minute’s walk away. Staff at the Hotel + could not have been more welcoming. All speak fluent English, a great help for non-German speakers. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, accessible via a lift. The restaurant offers a wide variety of tempting dishes throughout the evening and breakfast has a great selection of continental style and hot buffet food. Thoroughly recommended.

As foreign tourists, we loved the variety of food options at breakfast, including juices, müsli, deli meats. The restaurant offered delicious meals, although slightly pricey. The hotel had reliable internet and the windows in our room opened fully. We also appreciated the Electra Statue at the entrance and the proximity to Starlight Express. The bar and restaurant area was cozy and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a coffee machine and kettle. The staff was friendly, and they even provided soy milk for breakfast, as per our request.

Felt almost like at home, no complaints.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was strong enough to beat the summer heat. the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Best of all, the hotel offered free parking for guests.

The bathroom was small and had an unpleasant odor. the walls were thin and noise from neighboring rooms and the street could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel recently and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious and boasted a super comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the fact that even though there was no actual wardrobe, I could still hang my clothes easily. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide array of choices, both sweet and savory, and everything was delicious. The hotel staff were extremely kind and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also loved the new coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch.
