We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and there were a few things that stood out to us. the grounds were absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for walks and relaxation. the food at the restaurant was outstanding, with a diverse menu and delicious flavors. we loved the convenient location, which offered easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. these aspects made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

There were a couple of disappointing aspects to our experience. the level of customer service at the spa was lacking.

The hotel offers an amazing array of facilities to enjoy during your stay. The rooftop spa is a real highlight, with its warm water and stunning views. The Horto cafe is a must-visit for delicious food, and the spa area is well-designed and relaxing. The outside areas are also beautiful, perfect for a stroll or to enjoy the scenery. The conservatory is another highlight, offering excellent views while you relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a special spa-like shower and a dark room for a peaceful sleep.

One negative aspect was the lack of clear information about breakfast prices and availability, which led to some confusion and discomfort for guests.

The separate conference facilities gave the hotel a professional yet relaxing vibe. The ultra-modern rooms in the Follifoot Wing were well designed and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. a fabulous stay and we'll definitely be returning.

During my recent stay at Rudding Park, I experienced impeccable service throughout my visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular staff member, Luke Stewart, stood out with his exceptional service at the Clocktower. He took note of my dietary needs as a Coeliac and made sure that my meals were completely gluten-free. I truly felt special and well taken care of during my time at the hotel. The grounds and surrounding walks were also stunning, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were fabulous. Despite the rain, a lovely man greeted me with an umbrella and took my luggage to my room. the room itself was beautiful, with a lovely view. I opted for dinner at the hotel and it was worth every penny to avoid going out in the rain again. the hotel grounds were amazing to walk around, and the swimming pool was lovely. the staff were all friendly, helpful, and couldn't do enough for me. I can't wait to stay here again.

The staff were amazing and wonderfully helpful. The suite we were given was amazing and luxurious. The rooftop spa was a highlight, with unique therapy rooms like the sunlight room and oxygen room. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was great. one of the best places I've visited.

It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at Rudding Park for my husband's 60th birthday. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading us and even providing a complimentary bottle of prosecco. The location was perfect, with easy parking and spacious grounds. The friendly and chatty staff made our experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return and make use of the new pool and spa facilities.

Location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice view of the city. Staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.

Our Christmas dinner was a huge disappointment. the food was not cooked properly, the turkey was dry and the veggies were undercooked.

the staff at Rudding Park were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. the grounds were lovely and well-maintained, making for a scenic setting. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with amenities like a roll top bath and heated flooring. the evening meal was amazing and the breakfast had a lot of delicious choices. We were so impressed with our stay that we're already planning to return next year. it was a perfect experience for our wedding anniversary.
