We had a fantastic stay at this hotel close to the train station. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast selection was very good and varied. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location was convenient for transportation and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel was a short walk away from the beautiful Rhine river.

The staff at this family-owned hotel were fantastic! They were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us. The gentleman at reception was especially kind. The hotel had a lift, varied breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. It was also a pleasant surprise to have coffee available in the room, which is uncommon in Germany. Private parking was available for small to medium cars at a lower cost than on-street parking. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the Konlenz train station and the banks of the Rhein. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby, including an Italian place with huge pizzas and a Greek restaurant serving generous portions.

The hotel provided sparkling water in the room which was a nice touch. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. the location was also great, as it was only a short walk to the main attractions and eating places.

the elevator's touch button was not working, which resulted in a confusing ride. there were no recommended restaurants near the hotel, making it difficult for us to decide where to eat.
