The hotel was an amazing romantic escape! We loved the delicious food, especially the themed dinners. the location was perfect, only a short walk to the charming town and beautiful beach. We also enjoyed the variety of entertainment options available at the hotel.

The pillow cases were too tight and the pillows were very hard, not very comfortable for sleeping. the staff at the pool area seemed to ignore us and we had to open our own umbrellas.

The Melas Resort Hotel offers a fantastic location, situated right on the promenade and with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it easy to explore the local area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day. The hotel also has a range of facilities, including a pool and beach area, where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The hairdressing service at the hotel was not up to the same standard as the rest of the facilities. The hairdresser didn't seem to listen to my concerns about the heat of the hairdryer, which resulted in discomfort during the styling process.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Swimming pool, and access to the beautiful beach. the exceptional service from the staff ensures that all the guests' needs are fulfilled, from the relaxing massages to the delicious meals served at the poolside snack bar.

Great food choices, especially at the ala carte restaurant. the piping hot dishes were a delight. the facilities, including the sauna, indoor pool, and steam baths, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience. Special thanks to Emre, Gohkan, Emrah, and Sabri for their excellent service. the friendly staff made our stay more pleasant.

The balcony door needs to be fixed as it was not functioning properly. the entrance to the sea was sharp and rocky, posing a risk of cuts.
