I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to good restaurants, near the Alexanderplatz with many public transport connections, and very close to attractions in this city. It was also convenient being near the center with a tram stop right outside. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the comfortable beds and the easy-to-use TV with phone connectivity. The high-quality WIFI made it even better, allowing me to stream without any issues.

The breakfast area tended to get quite busy, making it a bit difficult to find a table. Additionally, the noise from nearby sirens, possibly due to a police station in the vicinity, was a bit disturbing.

It was one of the best hotel deals we've ever encountered in Europe. The price was great and lower than other large hotels in the area. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The underground bike garage was secure, and the breakfast had extensive choices of excellent quality.
