The room was comfortable with a great bed and modern amenities. I loved the spaciousness and that it had a charging station. The shower was excellent! But the decoration felt a bit lacking, like it could use a few more touches for ambiance. However, the proximity to the Christmas market made up for it! Breakfast was a standout with regional wines available, which I've never seen before. Plus, the location was just right near all the sights.

The check in was refreshingly easy with helpful staff and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, including wine. The hotel’s charming character adds to its appeal in such a central location.

Noise from the street could be disruptive at times, particularly on the lower floors, and the lack of extra decor made the room feel somewhat empty compared to the inviting atmosphere elsewhere in the hotel.

Had a great time with friends at this cozy hotel! The location was perfect, near cafes, shopping, and the beautiful citadel by the Roman theatre. We enjoyed breakfast one day, lots to choose from and fun wine options! Our twin room was spacious and clean, very homely. I'd recommend staying here if you're visiting with a group.
